The Doctor

Dr. Terianne Richards, DC

Dr. Richards is a 2002 Graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, at Southern California University of Health Sciences. She is National Board Certified, licensed by the State of California and Certified in CPR and lifesaving techniques. Dr Richards has had additional training in nutrition and wellness, most recently certified in First Line Therapy a therapeutic lifestyle change program. She is a member of the California Chiropractic Association and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. Her hobbies include golf, camping, quilting and home improvements.

Her focus is family health and wellness, she really believes in "whole health for the whole family" and she would like to be your "family doctor".

The Staff

Andrea Rondares Stratton, CMT

Andrea is a Certified Massage Therapist in the State of California. She prides herself on her ability to care and listen to the needs of others. She is well versed in anatomy and physiology. Andrea believes in tailoring the massage towards the individual needs of the client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible. She currently has over 850 hours of bodywork training, including Pre- and Post-natal massage. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and California Massage Therapy Certified.

Her focus on on wellness and helping our clients achieve their goals. In her "spare" time she is our resident gardener and is currently growing a container garden right here on our office balcony.

Leia Christian, CMT, HHP, Esthetician

Leia is a Certified Massage Therapist in the State of California. She is also a Licensed Esthetician. She has over 1000 hours of training in massage and healing arts and holds her Holistic Health Practitioner certification as well. Leia is also trained in Pre- and Post- Natal massage and enjoys working with expectant moms throughout their pregnancies and beyond.

In her free time she enjoys pursuing her other creative interests, singing and art.
